THE CLINIC CANNOT PROCESS CHECKS ON FOREIGN BANKS. If you are outside the U.S., please pay using PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member.
Several clients have received some insurance coverage from major national insurance providers for the clinic fee. Ask your Neurologist or Doctor for a pre-approval letter recommending your participation in the S.T.R.C. Recovery Program in New Mexico or the Long Distance Course and present that to your insurance company for possible coverage. Also, request our CPT code letter. Although the Director is not a Doctor, we have on our Board of Directors a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Physical Therapist. S.T.R.C., Inc. is a non-profit, tax exempt 501 (c)(3) corporation.

We accept Credit Cards, personal check, money order or cashiers check. Pay via PayPal (our email with Paypal is [email protected]) If using PayPal, you will need to have a working email, but do not have to be a member of PayPal. A safe, secure way to pay. Once we have your application, we will have a PayPal invoice emailed to you the week prior to your scheduled clinic. FOR CLIENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S., ONLY PAYPAL MAY BE USED FOR PAYMENT.

Once your application is in: you will be emailed a Confirmation and hotel/motel listings near the clinic along with a map to the clinic, and a form to fill out and return to our office. Your check will not be cashed until you have arrived in Taos for your clinic. Credit cards will be charged 3 days prior to the beginning of your clinic week. Anytime prior to the beginning of your clinic week, should your plans change and you find it necessary to cancel, your full payment will be returned to you.
